Darryl Lee is an award winning artist with a variety of talents.  Darryl attended the Ringling School of Art & Design in Sarasota Florida, one of the top ten art schools in the country,  graduating in 1998 with a BFA in Illustration. 
Later that same year he relocated to San Francisco and began working as a freelance storyboard artist.  While working on a variety of projects Darryl also earned a second Bachelor’s degree in Visual and Performing Arts in 2003.
Darryl began working as a special effects supervisor for several short films and lead to the award winning music video “Music of your Life” earning him a Silver Telly Award.  This project was featured in American Cinematographer Magazine for his work in
In San Francisco he went on to further his education by attending the Academy of Art University and graduating with a MFA in Effects Animation in 2005.  While in San Fransisco he was able to study visual effects editing at ILM.
In 2007 Darryl moved to Los Angeles and began post graduate studies while working at Gnomon School of Visual Effects. 
Later he would serve as a stereoscopic (3D) compositor on Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland.
Darryl has relocated back to Florida with his wife.
